Starter Finisher (https://www.starterfinisher.co.uk) is operated by Mitch Cullum. How we handle your personal data is covered in our privacy policy.

• You must be at least 13 to use Starter Finisher.
• Give us accurate details and keep your password to yourself.
• You’re responsible for what happens under your account.
• One person, one account, please.

Please don’t:

• Use it for anything unlawful, or to store or share unlawful content.
• Harass or abuse other people, including through @mentions, comments or invites.
• Send spam, or use invite links and mention emails to message people who don’t want them.
• Try to break, probe, overload or get around the security or limits of the service.
• Scrape the service or use automated tools against it without permission.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

What you put into Starter Finisher stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it, and to show it to the people you share a board with, only so we can provide the service. You’re responsible for having the right to post what you post.

Boards are shared spaces. Anyone you invite can see what’s on a board, and if you leave or delete your account, content you created on a shared board may stay there without your name, as described in the privacy policy.

The free plan includes everything in the app within these limits:

• Up to 3 boards that you own.
• Up to 3 members on each board.
• 30 days of activity history.
• The daily reminder email. The weekly recap and per-task reminder times are Premium features.

A paid Premium plan is planned but is not available yet. Nothing is charged today. If it launches, it will have its own price and terms shown clearly before you pay, and we won’t charge you without your agreement. We may adjust the free plan’s limits over time, and will give notice of changes that reduce what you have.

We work to keep Starter Finisher running, but we can’t promise it will always be available or error-free, and we may change or remove features.

Reminder and notification emails are sent on a best-effort basis. They can be delayed, filtered as spam, or fail to arrive, so please don’t rely on them as your only safeguard for anything critical.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings, and we can close an account that breaks these terms. What happens to your data is covered in the privacy policy.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law, including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

Subject to that, the service is provided “as is”, and we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data, arising from using it. Our total liability to you for anything connected with the service is limited to £100.

We may update these terms. If we make a meaningful change we’ll update the date at the top and, where it matters, tell you by email or in the app. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction, though if you live elsewhere in the UK you keep the right to bring a claim in your home courts.
